Your “tough love” approach to discarding much our 20-year accumulation of “stuff” initially inflicted some emotional pain until we saw the benefit of making our home presentable for sale. We enlisted the services of Tim McGuire to sell our residence in May of 2003. We had just entered into a contract to purchase another residence, so time was of the essence. Tim quickly developed a marketing strategy for our home, and enlisted the services of a professional stager, cleaner, and landscaper to put the absolute best face on the property. He quickly advertised the house as “Coming Soon”, and this generated a great deal of pre-sale interest. His team of professionals put our home in incredible condition for sale.

Tim also recommended and with our concurrence implemented a pricing strategy that achieved a sales price far in excess of our expectations. By pricing the home correctly, we generated five offers the first weekend. His strategy worked perfectly, and we could not have been more pleased with the result.

Tim’s follow-up after the sale was also exemplary. He dealt with the many details that come up during a transaction, and kept us informed every step of the way. As with all transactions, there were some problems, and we were glad to have Tom representing our interests as we proceeded.
